Flexfityoga is based in North Essex and is dedicated to providing the very best and original Yoga experiences in the most fantastic local locations. I love to teach yoga on the beach or indoors or by adding a  visual experience too. I offer yoga experiences which draw upon my knowledge and training, I dare to be different. I love the chilled out sensations of  Yoga practise outdoors bringing us closer to the  peace and tranquility of the natural world. 
 
I am a fully qualified level 3 Diploma yoga teacher, level 3 Diploma personal trainer and level 3 qualified to work with disabled clients. I am also fully covered with the appropriate public liability insurance and I hold a current HSE 3 year first aid at work certificate.  

The Flexfityoga community group provides inclusive and funded community yoga and wellbeing sessions which are accessible to adults with specific health needs, learning disabilities and neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury and dementia.

My  NVBLQ beach lifeguard qualification and experience gives me the knowledge to provide a safe environment and safe, effective  beach yoga sessions. All my locations, indoors and outdoors are fully risk assessed to provide safe, effective , enjoyable  places of practice for yoga. I look forward to meeting you all soon.
