Hi everyone. My name is Dave.I am a qualified level 3 Diloma yoga teacher, I am also a qualified level 3 Diploma Personal Trainer/fitness instructor and i hold a Level 3 qualification to work with clients who have impairements and disabilities. I also hold a current NVBLQ beach lifeguard qualification and HFE 3 year first aid at work certificate.
I am also the Active Essex Activity awards winner of the Wellbeing award category for 2022
I love yoga and I want to make this activity accessible and fun for everyone in a safe environment with safe practices and sometimes unusual and innovative surroundings. I want to reach out to people who want to try something new. I will be offering an eclectic range of activities from chilled out beach yoga to Seated yoga sessions for people who for whatever reason prefer a more gentle practice.
A new exciting opportunity to get involved in Yoga sessions provided by a yoga teacher & fitness professional. The emphasis is in getting you to develop your yoga practise, have fun and get fitter to enjoy more in life.
I have completed my Yoga Teacher Training at the YMCA in London where I achieved my Level 3 Diploma as a Yoga Teacher. I then carried on my training at Triyoga in Camden where I completed the Vinyasa Flow course: A Teacher's Immersion and Qigong for Yoga Teachers - An Immersion with Mimi Quo Deemer. All these training courses look at Yoga from the perspective of a fitness professional which makes them very compatible and interchangeable as you will experience in the months to come. Available in classes but also as sessions for individuals or small groups. Check out the yoga class times page for details.
