Yoga seated in a chair is a great way to perform many of the common yoga postures without bearing weight upon your hips and legs.
Chair yoga is great for people who may be finding it more difficult to practice yoga due to medical procedures or conditions.
It is also inclusive for people with disabilities or impairments or for people who want to be able to build up gradually to more challenging standing postures.
